Agape Cars — Website + inventory system + document generation

Stock lived in one place, the website in another, and the compliance paperwork in a third. Every vehicle got entered more than once, and the Consumer Information Notice — which legally has to be displayed on each used vehicle — was typed by hand off a template.
We built the inventory system first and made the website read from it. A vehicle is entered once when it lands on the yard; the listing, the detail page and the paperwork all draw from that single record.
Document generation is the payoff. CIN notices and sale agreements are produced in one click with the details already filled in, so the same odometer reading cannot appear three different ways across three documents.
The public site is organised around how people actually buy — browse the stock, work out finance, book a test drive, or value a trade-in — rather than around the dealership's internal structure.
- InventoryLive listings driven by the stock record, not a hand-updated page
- FinanceFinance path kept separate from browsing, for buyers who start there
- Test driveBooking request tied to a specific vehicle
- Trade-inValuation enquiry for people selling as well as buying
- Admin dashboardVehicle entry, 1-click CIN + sale agreements, enquiry pipeline
