Custom furniture sells on detail and trust, but every enquiry was arriving as a free-text email — no piece, no timber, no dimensions. Each one meant a round of back-and-forth before it could even be quoted.
We rebuilt the site around the two things that actually convert: seeing the work, and asking for a price. The catalogue splits into Indoor and Outdoor up front, so a visitor picks a direction in one click instead of scrolling a single undifferentiated list.
The gallery runs on a CMS, so new pieces go up without a developer. And the quote request is a structured form rather than a mailto — it captures the piece, the specification and the contact details together, then lands in an enquiry dashboard instead of an inbox.
- ProductsSplit Indoor / Outdoor, with the full 22-piece catalogue behind it
- GalleryCMS-backed, so completed work is added without a deploy
- Care & MaintenanceAftercare content — the questions that used to come in by phone
- StoryHandcrafted-in-Canterbury provenance, which is the sales argument
- Quote requestStructured form → enquiry dashboard, not an unformatted email
Time to settle it.
Tell us the thing that keeps eating your week. We’ll map what a system would do about it — fixed price, yours to keep.
